Apart from this parody(?) being produced by Excalibur studios in 1990, I can find no further reference to it.
When Sam Raimi was unable to acquire the rights to produce a film of the pulp character The Shadow, he created a hero based on a short story he wrote that was an homage classic universal monsters.
