These are by no means the “seven wonders of the modern world,” they are the seven wonders of today

George W. Trendle (1884-1972)
George W. Trendle, creator of the Lone Ranger and Green Hornet, was born this day 136 years ago.
George Trendle (center) is seen in the photo below with various members of the Green Hornet crew. He was 83 when the Green Hornet appeared on ABC.
