Hello Mars
Hays code approved
90 years ago on March 31st, 1930, the Hays code was adopted by the MPPDA. The code set up strict guidelines about what couldn’t be shown on film, however it was not enforced until 1934. The purpose of the code was to thwart government intervention in the censorship of movies.
