Videodrome - using people as guinea pigs, media exposure
The Running Man - the ultimate game show of death
Max Headroom - all about how the media really works
Road Rules (MTV) - similar concept to this, albeit more tame
The Truman Show - reality TV to the extreme
Convoy, Smokey & The Bear, etc - movies about long-hauls across the country,
and the inevitable conflicts with the police that follow
