In 2004, Heartland Compounds was formed. Their Product consists of Foodstuffs and organic based Pharmaceuticals. They are one of the largest suppliers of Kibble in the country with Purina just out producing them. They are also the largest producer of Soy Burger patties (also known as synth-burgers). Their Pharmaceuticals are not of the combat / entertainment variety, but more like your everyday over the counter stuff. This is not to say that they don't do research on the other type, but their primary focus is on "over-the-counter"

All of their shipments go through the Port of Catoosa, which is about 20 miles north-east of Tulsa. There are several big corporate farms around the area which provide the grain to Heartland Compounds, most residing north and east of Tulsa.

One other group of products that Heartland Compounds makes is poison, anything from rat poison, to the stuff you find on the end of a dart. They supply both Brigham Arms as well as Militech with these products.
